One of my favourites and one of humanity’s oldest stories, The Epic of Gilgamesh, is full of action, adventure and, of course, both comedy and tragedy. Many moons ago, before the Gulf War, I had the privilege of filming Uruk, the ancient kingdom of Gilgamesh in southern Iraq. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed filming it.
