Cook With Aline

I spent a delicious year in the company of Aline Kamakian, of Mayrig and Batchig fame. Filming Cook With Aline was a departure for me as I had never filmed a cooking show before. To say that it was great fun, is an understatement. Aline Kamakian is an inspired cook, making traditional and fusion Armenian and Lebanese dishes, which the crew usually devoured right after we’d taken the last photograph. We filmed 150 episodes (100 in English and 50 in Arabic) covering everything from Kessabi Itch to melt-in-your-mouth desserts like Dakouk Khantzor, caramelised apples. Needless to say I put on weight filming Cook With Aline, but it was worth every kilo. Cook with Aline has launched a You Tube Channel. Subscribe and enjoy.
